High Efficiency Wire Feeding Evaporation Coating Machine | China Suppliers & Factory
Machine Brief Description
JRW series metallizing machine is a high efficient continuous evaporation coating machine. It used for fast and batch production. The machine adopts continuous wire feeding mode, and warm up the evaporating coating material by evaporation boat to achieve deposition process.
The JRW Series Enhance optical, protective and barrier properties by depositing traditional aluminum coatings onto a wide range of flexible substrates. The JRW series covers a width of 600 to 3850mm, as well as all common plastic film and paper substrates. It achieves maximum output at different speeds for large-width substrates above 2500mm, increasing the processing speed by more than 25% compared to traditional systems.
Plasma reaction deposition of aluminum oxide on flexible materials such as BOPP and PET. The plasma reaction process improves the barrier properties and long-term stability of packaging materials refined with aluminum oxide layers to obtain better penetration values. The plasma reactive process offers significant improvements compared to traditional reactive deposition and, combined with the lowest penetration values, improves the barrier properties and long-term stability of the encapsulation material.
