The Decorative Film, Hard Film PVD Coating Machine is a vertical structure multifunctional coating equipment designed for coating decorative and hard films. The machine adopts physical vapour deposition (PVD) technology, which can deposit high-quality films on various substrates efficiently and uniformly, and its multi-functional features allow users to make flexible adjustments according to different needs, and easily realise a variety of coating effects. Whether it is metallic, matte, or special texture effects, PVD coating equipment is also environmentally friendly, using non-toxic materials and low energy consumption design, widely used in electronic products, automotive accessories, home decoration and other industrial fields.

Equipped with arc source and magnetron sputtering cathode, arc source can be selected according to different process requirements: small plane arc, magnetic filter arc or large plane arc and column arc.
The sputtering cathode can be a flat cathode, a rotating cathode, or a non-equilibrium magnetic field cathode.
Equipped with DC, DC pulse, bipolar pulse, AC or Hipims that can realize different functional film coating.
Equipped with pulse bias, ion source pretreatment device, hot filament, hollow cathode gun or heating and baking device to achieve higher requirements of coating process.
Equipped with evaporation coating device can realize AF/AS coating.
Multi-functional coating capability, supporting the deposition of a variety of film layers, including decorative film and rigid film, to meet the needs of different customers, and flexibly adapt to a variety of application scenarios.
