Machine Brief Description
Equipped with arc source and magnetron sputtering cathode, arc source can be selected according to different process requirements: small plane arc, magnetic filter arc or large plane arc and column arc;
The sputtering cathode can be a flat cathode, a rotating cathode, or a non-equilibrium magnetic field cathode;
Equipped with DC, DC pulse, bipolar pulse, AC or Hipims that can realize different functional film coating;
Equipped with pulse bias, ion source pretreatment device, hot filament, hollow cathode gun or heating and baking device to achieve higher requirements of coating process;
Equipped with evaporation coating device can realize AF/AS coating.
Multi-functional coating capability, supporting the deposition of a variety of film layers, including decorative film and rigid film, to meet the needs of different customers, and flexibly adapt to a variety of application scenarios.
