Machine Brief Description

.It can be made into different structures such as bell jar type, box type, continuous type, rolling type, etc. Equipped with magnetron sputtering cathode, arc source, E-gun evaporation source, laser coating source, PECVD electrode and other coating systems.
.Optional auxiliary coating systems include: heating and baking, pulse bias, ion source, ion bombardment, RF or microwave discharge device according to users’ demands.
