Roll to Roll Coating Machine

JRW series metallizing machine is a high efficient continuous evaporation coating machine. It used for fast and batch production. The machine adopts continuous wire feeding mode, and warm up the evaporating coating material by evaporation boat to achieve deposition process. 

TS-JRC double roll multi vacuum chamber rolling coating machine is specially designed for high performance multi-layer coating. The machine has two chambers which can install 12 vacuum coating chambers, it can install 24 cathode which realize complicated or thick film coating.

It is a continuous roll-to-roll coating equipment which specially developed for high performance multiple layers products coating or high speed coating. There are single roller multiple chambers or double rollers multiple chambers. The single roller multiple chambers equipped with 6 cathode target positions, up to install 12 pieces cathodes. The double rollers multiple chambers can have 12 cathodes target positions, up to install 24 pieces cathodes. It can achieve multiple layers complex film or thick film coating.

JRC series sputtering roll coater is a type of compact roll to roll vacuum metallizing machine, winding system and coating system installed in the same chamber, high degree of automation. The size can be designed according different width products.
